In November of 1932, Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ created the first radio broadcasting major in the country. For 90 years, the program has prepared thousands of alumni for the competitive profession of broadcasting, carrying a longstanding tradition of success.

Meet Professor Ken Carberry '80
As an undergraduate majoring in communication, Ken Carberry was very involved in the on-air sound and operations at the Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ student-led radio station, WMLN-FM. Today, after four decades leading in the Boston broadcast radio industry, Carberry returns to campus as the interim director of the radio program.
