The Information Technology Services (ITS) department at Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ supports the campus community by delivering reliable, secure, and innovative technology solutions that enhance learning, teaching, and administrative operations. ITS manages and maintains campus-wide technology infrastructure, including classroom and lab technology, network and wireless services, account and access management, software support, and more.

ITS is committed to providing excellent customer service through responsive technical support, proactive system maintenance, and user-focused resources.

Tech Support Portal

The Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ Tech Support Portal at is your one-stop destination for IT help. Students, faculty, and staff can use the portal to:

  • Submit tickets to report technical issues or request services
  • Track the status of open requests
  • Browse a growing library of solution articles covering a wide range of technology topics, including classroom AV, account access, software, and more

Whether you’re having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi, need help setting up email, or want to learn how to use classroom equipment, the support portal is a valuable self-service resource.

All requests—regardless of how they are submitted—are prioritized and addressed based on their submission date, level of impact, and urgency to ensure timely and effective resolutions.

Hours of Operation

Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Arrangements can be made as needed at times other than regular office hours.

Classroom Technology Overview

All classrooms at Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ are equipped with video and audio presentation capabilities to enhance teaching and learning experience. Each classroom includes:

  • A desktop computer
  • A projector and screen
  • Speakers
  • An HDMI cable with multiple display adapters for laptop connections
  • A microphone, a ceiling camera, and a web cam for Zoom and other online conferencing platforms
  • Extron Wall panel to switch inputs and control speaker volume

Computer Labs

The Tech Center supports PC and MAC Labs.  PC Labs are located on the 3rd floor of the Kennedy Academic Building.  The MAC Labs are located in Kennedy and the Hafer Academic Building.  Labs are fully equipped with sound and video presentation capabilities.  Labs are available for open use for students outside of regularly scheduled classes.  Open hours are posted at each location for the semester.

Computer Lab and Classroom Technology Support are available during Fall & Spring Semesters as follows:
Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Staff is on-campus to assist with problems related to the use of technology in the classrooms and labs during these hours.

Accessibility

Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ has a policy in place for servicing students and staff with physical disabilities.  In the event students or staff need IT Services and are not able to visit in person at our 2nd floor location, they can request a member of the IT Services staff meet them on the ground floor of 79 Atherton Street, within the Student Financial Services location.  The Student Financial Services department has an accessible first floor entrance.
