Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ strives to promote a welcoming environment for LGBTQIA+ individuals.

Misgendering

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ ban harassment and discrimination against people based on their gender identity, and repeated misgendering can be considered harassment. Individuals who wish to report being repeatedly misgendered should contact Ann Coyne, Director of Title IX and Equity Compliance at (617) 333-2212 or ann.coyne@curry.edu.

Trans People and Restrooms on Campus

Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ encourages trans and gender-nonconforming people to use the gendered restrooms in which they feel safer and more comfortable. Students, staff, faculty, and campus guests should use the restroom facilities that correspond to their sex or gender identity or utilize single-user facilities that are designated as a restroom or gender-inclusive restroom.

Gender neutral restrooms can be found on the campus map.
